Aeolos Beach Hotel

Wonderful hotel who accommodated us after we had to move hotels due to the one we were in not being accessible for my husband. Fantastic manager who really pulled out all the stops and offered us a fabulous sea view bungalow (renovated) with almost no notice. It had an accessible shower, was extremely spacious, very clean and they even brought us a shower chair which was a real surprise. Staff are amazing, nothing was too much. We will definitely be back, thank you again for being so flexible and accommodating 🙂

Absolutely fantastic place, the resort is gorgeous. The staff are amazing, the food is really extraordinary. If you like it lively the main pool is the area to be. If you like your own space and quiet the huge lawn below the bungalows is brilliant. Sunbeds and parasols dotted about, take your pick. I cannot fault this hotel, it's cleaned constantly. The rooms are comfy and modern with a huge walk in shower with a rainfall head. The beds are very comfy and the pillows are too. The big balcony to our room had the mesh doors over the glass, so you can have the doors open without the insects getting inside. Clean towels and room cleaned daily, there's nothing negative about our whole experience. Holiday heaven and we are so happy without choice

Really beautiful hotel. We were lucky, they accommodated us in the newest bungalows - modern, tastefully furnished, spacious bathroom, perfectly cleaned every day. The food was absolutely excellent, tasty, enough of everything, I also chose it as a celiac, each dish was excellently marked with allergens, great. Helpful, smiling staff wherever you find yourself in the area. The beach is not maintained, but the sand and the sea are great, gradual entrance, I always found a free sunbed. The hotel pool is large - for swimming and diving, children are happy. Plenty of sunbeds at any time. The children also used the outdoor chess :-) We had a wonderful holiday, thank you very much.

My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share it with others so they can avoid the same terrible ordeal. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were assigned a room without air conditioning. Despite the scorching temperatures, we were told by the hotel staff that no other rooms were available and were handed a measly fan as a solution. They assured us that the air conditioning would be fixed by the next day, so we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, the following day arrived, and the air conditioning was still not functioning. After countless requests and complaints, the hotel finally managed to locate another room for us. Regrettably, this room was not much better as the air conditioning barely cooled the air and emitted an unbearable noise. The lack of proper air conditioning made it impossible for us to get any sleep at night, considering the high temperatures. To make matters worse, our unpleasant discovery continued when we found a cockroach in the room. This was the last straw that shattered any remaining trust we had in the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards. The room was rust-ridden, far from what one would expect from a supposedly 4-star establishment. It was evident that the room had not seen any renovation or upkeep in a significant amount of time. The bathroom was a horror in itself, with discolored and aged fixtures. The subpar experience extended to the dining options as well. The food was not only monotonous but also seemed to be made from the cheapest ingredients available. As if that wasn't enough, the water provided had a distinct chlorine odor, rendering it nearly undrinkable. I cannot emphasize enough how strongly I discourage anyone from staying at this hotel. The lack of proper air conditioning, the presence of a cockroach, the rusty and outdated room conditions, and the unappetizing food all contribute to an utterly unsatisfactory experience. This hotel falls far short of the standards one would expect from a 4-star establishment, and I urge prospective guests to look elsewhere for accommodations.
